At FreshViewMediation, we offer transparent pricing tailored to the nature of each service. For Family Mediation, we begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. If both parties decide to proceed, a flat fee of $300 applies, which includes additional time as needed to ensure a thoughtful and unrushed discussion. This updated model replaces our former structure of $199 per hour with a maximum of two hours per session, providing greater value and flexibility for families.
For Corporate or Business Mediation, a $450 scheduling fee is required to confirm the session. Mediation is then billed at $399 per hour, reflecting the complexity, preparation, and professional support required in commercial matters. This structure ensures focused, high-level resolution without the unpredictability of ongoing legal expenses.
We currently offer mediation services both virtually (via video calls) and through travel mediation, where we can meet in person if needed. This flexibility helps you choose what works best for your comfort and schedule.
