For workplace, business, and corporate mediation, a free consultation is not offered. These matters require a paid intake and assessment to properly evaluate the scope of the conflict, identify stakeholders, and determine readiness for mediation.
An initial corporate intake session is required prior to scheduling mediation and is billed accordingly. This ensures a structured, professional, and effective mediation process for all parties involved.
We offer a minimum of 2 hours per section at an hourly rate of $399.00. Client may include additional time if needed.
For Workplace or Corporate Mediation, a paid intake and assessment fee of $450 is required to evaluate scope, preparation needs, and readiness.
Mediation services are then billed at $399 per hour, with a minimum of two hours per session. This structure reflects the level of preparation, professionalism, and confidentiality required in organizational and business matters.
We currently offer mediation services both virtually (via video calls) and through travel mediation, where we can meet in person if needed. This flexibility helps you choose what works best for your comfort and schedule.
